libatspi1.0-0 software package provides C binding libraries of at-spi for GNOME Accessibility, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatspi1.0-0
libatspi1.0-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libatspi1.0-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libatspi1.0-0 *
You will get with libatspi1.0-0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
